  1. Create subject planning teams for whole school- creates consistency
  2. Inquiry Units each term
  3. Hands on activities
  4. Rotations

ICT
  1. SMART Technologies free PD
  2. Implement SMART Boards as often as possible
  3. Keep activities hands on to help visual learners and kinesthetic learners

School Support Officer
  1. Acts as a Speech Pathologist, Career/Guidance Counselor, Youth/Family Counselor and also Psychologist
  2. Will work with students and their families
  3. Covered by Victorian Public Service, no cost to school
